Applications are invited for the Master of Science (Speech & Language Pathology) Programme, jointly offered by the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences, National University of Singapore, to graduates seeking a career as a Speech Therapist.
Professional Practice Qualification: The NUS M.Sc (SLP) degree is an entry-level professional practice qualification for graduates from any discipline. Candidates who complete the degree successfully are eligible for conditional registration with the local Allied Health Professions Council (https://www.healthprofessionals.gov.sg/ahpc) as a Speech-Language Therapist in Singapore.
Programme Structure: Two years full-time study (4 semesters), with case-based Problem Based Learning, four clinical placements, and a substantial research project.
Applicants will be required to provide evidence of a minimum TOEFL score of 620 or IELTS score of 7.5, if English is not their first language. The test must have been taken not earlier than TWO (2) years before the proposed date of admission.
